CRARY BOOTS® Return Policy

45-Day Fit Guarantee: If during the first forty-five (45) days immediately following your purchase you are not satisfied with the fit of your Crary Boots footwear, Crary Boots will refund the purchase price to you or exchange the product for another size, provided you still have your dated receipt of purchase and the boots are in new/unused condition. No refund or exchange will be given without the original receipt of purchase. You must return your footwear to the Crary Boots dealer from which the footwear was purchased. If you purchased the product directly from the Crary Boots website, you must, to exercise your rights under this Fit Guarantee, deliver, mail or ship the product (postage, shipping charges and insurance prepaid) to the Crary Boots Returns Department within the applicable 45-day period, together with a copy of a dated sales receipt as proof of purchase.  If you elect to exchange footwear for another size, Crary Boots will pre-pay freight for shipping the new size to customers located within the continental United States.  For international customers and customers located in Hawaii and Alaska, the customer will be required to pay for return freight.  Limit one return per customer.
